Off Of Myrtle Avenue, explores time and distance - I spent many of my childhood years at my grandparents home on 88th Place, adjacent to Myrtle Ave in Glendale, Queens. And then twenty years later attended Pratt Institute, living off of that same exact avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

This book begins with my family’s story of living off of this street for over sixty years. I then took a journey down this street from Queens to Brooklyn and captured the beautiful corners of the avenue. In my research, I collected archival imagery to go along with the photographs I had taken.
